2-Step Authentication Security Measure
  • One-Time Passwords (OTP) shall be mandatory for all Razer Gold and Silver transactions, effective April 26, 2018 (UTC):
    • Razer Gold top ups
    • Purchases using Razer Gold
    • Razer Silver rewards redemptions and
    • Other events including Razer Silver Raffle and more
  • Users can set up at Razer ID and receive their OTP either through SMS or a third-party authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Authy).
  • Standard messaging rates or data utilized from your mobile carrier may apply.
  • (SMS OTP) If you did not receive your SMS OTP, click on ‘Resend Code’ to request for a new SMS OTP to be sent to your mobile number. If you encounter poor network connectivity, please try performing the transaction again later or at a different location.
  • (Third-Party Authenticator) If you lose access to your authenticator, you may use one of your unutilized backup codes (generated during OTP registration) to proceed with the transaction.
  • To keep your wallet balances secure, kindly change and strengthen your Razer ID password on a regular basis. Do not use the same password, email address on other online services and platforms.
  • Be cautious of phishing emails or websites requesting your login credentials. Log in using your Razer ID only at https://razerid.razer.com/.
