Windows Reliability Monitor is a system feature that periodically monitors or tracks events that impact the performance and reliability of your PC. It also provide you with diagnostic information, which comes in handy in resolving software-related issues such as BSODs, Windows update failures, and frozen or locked-up laptops.
Follow the steps below to review your computer’s reliability via Microsoft Windows Reliability Monitor:

Click on the Windows search box and type “reliability”.

Click on “View reliability history”.

Wait for the Reliability Monitor to finish generating a report. A graph will show your computer’s reliability over time, including crash logs and other issues.

Click on the date when your Razer Blade froze or locked up to view the results.

Check the events under “Source” for errors. If an error is listed, the Reliability Monitor provides technical details and checks Microsoft’s database for any solutions.
