The Razer Raion Fightpad for PS4 is a controller designed for fighting game fans. It is equipped with 6-face mechanical switches and an 8-way Tilting D-Pad, perfect for executing a gamer’s combos in every fighting game.
Gaming Compatibility
You can use the Razer Raion for any PS4™ game. However, the Razer Raion was designed for fighting games and games which do not require an analog stick for control.
Switches and Modes
The Razer Raion Fightpad for PS4 has some switches and modes that can make your gaming experience more convenient.

Mode switch - located at the back of the controller and allows you to switch between PC and PS4. Before connecting the Razer Raion to your PC or PS4, set the Mode switch to the corresponding system (PC or PS4). Once connected, the status indicator will turn solid green.

Bumper mode - You can switch your bumper modes from the default mode, R1/R2 on the right bumpers and L1/L2 on the left bumpers to L1/L2 and L3/R3 respectively by toggling the Bumper mode switch at the bottom right part of the controller's body.

D-pad mode switch - can shift the controller function to either directional pad (DP), left analog stick (LS), or right analog stick (RS).

Mic and Volume button - pressing these buttons simultaneously while in-game activates the Competition mode. This mode will disable the PS, SHARE and OPTIONS buttons on your Razer Raion Fightpad for PS4™ to prevent accidental presses while playing.

Mic button - press to mute or unmute the microphone. The button will light up red when the connected headset’s microphone has been muted.

Volume control button - press to cycle through the levels of the headset port. Alternatively, you may also press and hold the Volume control button, and then press the up or down buttons of the D-Pad.

Cleaning the Razer Raion Fightpad
We cannot say with certainty what type of dirt and debris may be on your product, or how certain cleaning products may react with it, but we have had good luck cleaning Razer products using commonly available monitor cleaning wipes.
To clean the body of your Razer controller, take a monitor wipe and use gentle wiping motions. Do not scrub the surface of your Razer controller.
Headset is not working while connected to Razer Raion Fightpad
If the controller is connected to the PS4™ system:
- Hold the PS4™ button to access the Quick Menu.
- Ensure the headset is not muted and connected correctly to the controller.
