STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS

1. If using a laptop, ensure it is plugged into a wall outlet. Do not let it run on battery alone.

2. Save all files and close all programs.

3. Download the latest firmware updater.

4. Run the updater.

5. Click "Yes" if the User Account Control window pops up to proceed.

6. Click "NEXT". The installer will close all running Razer applications if you have not done so.

   

7. Connect the Razer HyperSpeed Wireless Dongle to your PC and click "UPDATE".

   

8. Wait until the update process is complete. Do not interrupt.

   

9. Wait for the dongle to finish resetting. Do not unplug the dongle.

   

10. Click "NEXT" when the update is successful.

    

11. Connect the headset to your PC and click "UPDATE".

    

12. Wait until the update process is complete. Do not interrupt.

    

13. Wait for the headset to finish resetting. Do not turn OFF or unplug the headset.

    

14. Connect the Razer HyperSpeed Wireless Dongle to the PC and turn ON your headset.

    

15. When the update is complete, click "CLOSE".
