Below are the steps on how to run Razer Synapse 2.0 in offline mode.

Open Razer Synapse 2.0.

Click on the dropdown arrow next to your username.

Select "Go Offline".

Click on "GO OFFLINE".

Bear in mind that in offline mode, user settings are locally stored on your computer. In online mode, user settings are saved and synced to the cloud whenever there is an active internet connection.
Note: Switching from offline to online mode will automatically save and sync user settings to the cloud.
