If the Mute button or your Razer Audio Mixer is not functioning properly, perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
Important: Ensure the audio Mixer is running on the latest firmware. See Razer Audio Mixer Firmware Updater for a step-by-step guide on how to download and update to the latest firmware.

Ensure all the Chroma lightings on Razer Audio Mixer are lit up.

If the Razer Audio Mixer’s Chroma Lighting is only partially lit up, do the following:

Disconnect the Razer Audio Mixer for 1 minute.

Restart your PC.

Launch Razer Synapse.

Reconnect the Razer Audio Mixer and check again.

Ensure the “MIC IN” value is not set to 0%.

Launch Razer Synapse.
-
Click the “Mixer” tab.
-
Make sure the “MIC IN” value under “OUTPUT MIXER” is set to more than 0%.
