Effective February 3, 2026, Razer Synapse 3 will no longer receive updates or support cloud services. After this date, cloud syncing of configurations across PCs using the same Razer ID will be disabled.
Note: Your installed devices will continue to be configurable in Razer Synapse 3. However, if you uninstall these devices completely, you will need to upgrade to Razer Synapse 4 to continue customization.

The RGB lighting issues may be caused by the Dynamic Lighting feature enabled on your Windows 11 system. This feature takes control over the RGB settings of your Razer devices.
If your Razer device is not displaying the right color or the lighting effects are unresponsive, toggle on the Chroma RGB option in the Razer Synapse settings and turn off Dynamic Lighting in your Windows Settings to resolve the issue.
Step-by-step process
Razer Synapse 4

Open “Settings” on your Windows PC.

Select “Personalization” > “Dynamic Lighting”.

Toggle off the "Use Dynamic Lighting on my devices" option.
Note: Leave this option enabled if you allow Microsoft to take over the control of the RGB settings for your HID LampArray compatible devices.

Ensure that Razer Synapse 4 is updated to the latest version.

Open Razer Synapse 4 and go to “Settings” > “DEVICE LIGHTING”.

Under the “DEVICE LIGHTING” settings, toggle to “Chroma RGB”.
Razer Synapse 3
