STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS

  1. If you are using a laptop,  ensure it is plugged into a wall outlet and not running on battery before proceeding.

  2. Save all files and close all programs.

  3. Download the latest firmware updater.

  4. Run the downloaded firmware then click "NEXT" to proceed.

  5. Connect the device and click "UPDATE".

  6. Wait for the update process to complete.

  7. Once the update is successful, click "CLOSE" to exit the installer.
