If you are experiencing issues with audio quality or toggling on or off THX Spatial Audio has no effect after the Razer Synapse update, do the following:
Note: Ensure to perform the steps in order. Once the issue is fixed after performing a particular set of steps, you can stop there.

Check that sound enhancements are not disabled in Windows “Sound” settings.

Press the “Windows” button and search for “sound settings”.

Click on “Sound settings”.

Click on “More sound settings” under the “Advanced” category.

Go to the “Playback” tab and select your Razer headset, then click “Properties”.

Go to the “Enhancements” tab and ensure the “Disable all enhancements” option is unchecked.

Clean up Razer drivers and reinstall Razer Synapse using the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool.
Note: Follow through all the steps indicated in the tool to ensure its effectiveness.

Re-adjust your EQ settings in the Razer Synapse “SOUND” tab.
