This is a guide showing the latest version of the Razer DeathAdder V3 | RZ01-04640 firmware update and how to install it successfully.

Applicable Products:

Firmware updater v1.02.00_r1

STEP-BY STEP-PROCESS

  1. Make sure the laptop is plugged into a wall outlet and not just running on battery before proceeding.

  2. Save all files and close all programs.

  3. Download the latest firmware updater.

  4. Run the updater.

  5. You may be prompted to confirm changes on your device by the User Account Control. Click "Yes" to confirm these changes.

  6. Click "NEXT" to proceed. The installer will close all running Razer applications if you have not done so yet.

  7. Connect the device to the computer and then click "UPDATE".

  8. Wait until the update process is complete. Do not interrupt.

  9. When the update is complete, click "CLOSE".
