Step-by-step Process

  1. Download the driver.

  2. Close Razer Synapse before launching the driver update.

  3. Connect the Razer Raiju Ultimate to your PC.

    Note: You will need a Windows PC to install the update your Razer Raiju Ultimate controller.

  4. Launch the downloaded file. A User Account Control pop-up may appear, click "Next".
