Below are the steps to activate the haptics on your Razer Sensa HD Haptics device.
Select an option
Make sure Razer Synapse 4 is running in the background

Click the “Show hidden icons” arrow icon from the taskbar.

The Razer Synapse icon should be visible.

Enable Haptic Intensity

Launch Razer Synapse.

Click the Sensa HD-enabled device tab.

Toggle the “HAPTIC INTENSITY” on.

Confirm that an adequate audio volume is being played

Click the Volume icon in the Windows taskbar.

Adjust the volume slider accordingly.

Ensure the audio signal is being picked up in the Audio-to-Haptics profile

Launch the Razer Chroma app.

Click the “SENSA HD HAPTICS” tab.

Select “Audio-to-Haptics” under "HAPTIC SOURCE".

Confirm that the audio is being picked up.

Enable Chroma Apps

Launch the Razer Chroma app.

-
Click the “CHROMA” tab.

-
Click "CHROMA APPS".

-
Confirm that the supported game is in the APP PRIORITY LIST.
