The following issues may be encountered while engaged in a call using the Razer Phone 2:

You cannot hear the person speaking on the other end of the line

The other person can be heard if the loudspeaker is enabled

If the loudspeaker is turned off again, the audio remains routed to the speaker
If the issues above occur, this may be caused by the Razer Phone 2 being rebooted while connected to the computer with a USB-C cable. To resolve this, reboot the Razer Phone 2 without the cable attached.
