I encountered an issue while engaged in a call using my Razer Phone 2

To help fix issues while engaged in a call using your Razer Phone 2, ensure there is no USB-C cable connected, and then reboot the phone.

 

The following issues may be encountered while engaged in a call using the Razer Phone 2:

  • You cannot hear the person speaking on the other end of the line

  • The other person can be heard if the loudspeaker is enabled

  • If the loudspeaker is turned off again, the audio remains routed to the speaker

If the issues above occur, this may be caused by the Razer Phone 2 being rebooted while connected to the computer with a USB-C cable. To resolve this, reboot the Razer Phone 2 without the cable attached.
