This explains why your Razer Synapse lighting setting is not retained in Razer devices and how to avoid it from happening.

Your chroma device lighting should display according to your Razer Synapse lighting setting. However, it will default to Spectrum Cycling effect under certain situations such as the following:

  • Windows is locked

  • PC restarts

  • Razer Synapse is not installed, not logged in, or exited
