Step-by-step process:

Restart your iPhone’s Bluetooth.

If that does not work, try the following:

Force quit the Nabu app.

Remove the Nabu from the iPhone’s Bluetooth settings.

Re-launch the Nabu app.

If that does not work, do the following:

Go to the Nabu app – and select your paired Nabu from the dashboard.

Tap on the Details page.
-
“Remove this band” and tap OK to confirm Nabu un-pairing.
-
From the app dashboard, tap the Plus sign (+) to pair the device again.

Complete the pairing process for Nabu.
