This is a guide showing the latest version of the Razer HyperFlux V2 Wireless Charging System firmware updater and how to install it successfully.

STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS

Before you start

  1. Make sure the laptop is plugged into a wall outlet and not just running on battery before proceeding.
  2. Save all files and close all programs.
  3. Download the latest firmware.

Update Process

  1. Run the updater.

  2. Click "Yes" if the User Account Control window pops up.

  3. Click "NEXT" to proceed. The updater will close all running Razer applications.

  4. Connect the mouse pad to the PC using the supplied USB cable then click "NEXT".

  5. Select the device you want to update.

  6. Plug in the HyperSpeed Wireless Dongle to the PC then click "UPDATE".

  7. Wait until the update process is complete. Do not interrupt.

  8. Click "NEXT".

  9. Switch off the mouse, connect it to the PC using the supplied USB cable, then click "UPDATE".

  10. Wait until the update process is complete. Do not interrupt.

  11. Click "NEXT".

  12. Click "EXIT" once the update is complete, or update another mouse.

    Note: The "Launch Synapse on exit" option is checked by default.
