Perform a hard reset on a Razer Phone to help resolve issues and restore all settings to default. This procedure will wipe out everything that you have installed on the phone and will allow you to reconfigure it or add settings like the first time. 

Note: Before you proceed, ensure the Razer Phone is up to date.

  1. Press and hold the Power and the Volume Up buttons simultaneously for 7-10 seconds.

    The Phone should reboot automatically.

  2. Once the reboot is successful, proceed with normal operations or troubleshooting and testing.
