This answer shows you how to gather Razer Synapse logs for Mac.

Note: Razer Synapse for Mac only supports Apple silicone chip-based Mac that is running macOS Ventura 13 and above.

Follow these steps to gather Razer Synapse logs for Mac.

  1. Download and launch the Razer Log Collector for Mac.

  2. Set the Date and Time when the issue occurred.

  3. Click on “Save to…” and save the logs to your chosen directory.

    Note: You may split the log file into smaller files for email attachment purposes.

  4. Read and agree to the “Razer Log Collector terms and conditions”.

  5. Click on the “Start” button to begin the logs collection and wait for the logs collection process to be completed.

  6. Once complete, click on the “Open the Folder of zipped log” or just click “OK” to close the dialog.

  7. Click “Close” once you have verified the Razer Synapse logs have been saved in the directory you selected.
