Step-by-step Process

Before you start

  1. Save all files and close all programs.

  2. Download the latest driver.

Update process

  1. Run the downloaded firmware. The installer will prompt you to close Synapse and all other applications, If you have already done so, click "OK" to proceed.

  2. Plug in the wireless USB transceiver (dongle) to your PC.
  3. Connect the headset to the PC using the charging cable provided with the product.
  4. Launch the downloaded file.
