This is a step-by-step guide on where to download the firmware updates on the Razer Nari and how to install them.

  • Fixed the issue that some headsets with v0014 firmware sometimes may not be able to power on and needs to be recovered after running out of battery.

STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS

  1. Download the latest firmware update by downloading the link found above.
  2. Close Razer Synapse and all other running applications before proceeding with the update.
  3. Run the downloaded firmware. The installer will prompt you to close Synapse and all other applications, If you have already done so, click "OK" to proceed.

  1. Plug in the wireless USB transceiver (dongle) to your PC.
  2. Connect the headset to the PC using the charging cable provided with the product.
  3. Launch the downloaded file.
