Effective February 3, 2026, Razer Synapse 3 will no longer receive updates or support cloud services. After this date, cloud syncing of configurations across PCs using the same Razer ID will be disabled.
Note: Your installed devices will continue to be configurable in Razer Synapse 3. However, if you uninstall these devices completely, you will need to upgrade to Razer Synapse 4 to continue customization.

Step-by-step Process

Download the latest firmware updater.

Close Razer Synapse and all other running applications before proceeding with the update.

Run the downloaded firmware (The installer will prompt you to close Synapse and all other applications, If you have already done so, left-click "OK" to proceed).

Connect the BlackWidow 2019 and click Update.

Wait for the update to complete.

Once the firmware has been successfully applied, left-click "Close" to exit the installer.
