STEP BY STEP PROCESS

  1. Download the latest firmware update by opening the link found above.
  2. Close Razer Synapse and all other running applications before proceeding with the update.

  3. Plugin the USB Audio controller to the computer and click “UPDATE”.

  4. Wait for the update to complete.

  5. Remove then re-insert the USB audio controller to the computer.

    NOTE: It may take up to 15 seconds to see the update confirmation message

  6. Once the firmware has been successfully applied, left-click "CLOSE" to exit the installer.
