This answer will show you how to perform a factory reset on your Razer Phone.

 

Important: It is recommended to back up all your data before performing a factory reset since this process will delete all data and settings on the Razer Phone. However, data from the SIM card and the SD card will remain untouched.

Below are steps to factory reset your Razer Phone.

  1. Go to Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options.

  2. Tap “Erase all data (factory reset)”.

  3. Tap “RESET PHONE”.

    Note: Resetting your phone may take several minutes.

  4. Once the "WELCOME" screen is displayed, your phone has finished its factory reset process.

  5. Tap “GET STARTED” and follow the on-screen prompts to set up the Razer Phone.
