Below are the steps to get Razer Cortex logs.

Download the log collector tool for Razer Cortex 11.

Unzip the file.

Run the "LogTool.exe" file.

Click on the "Output" button in the collector tool. Then, there will be a "zip" file (always named with your local PC time, for example, 2020_09_17_11_22_48.zip) on your desktop.
*Note: The zip file generated will be password-protected to protect your data privacy.

Alternatively, you can manually locate and provide us with the logs file at these locations:

Cortex logs: C:\ProgramData\Razer\RazerCortex\Log

Cortex logs: C:\%LocalAppData%\Razer\Razer Cortex\Log

Razer LWI logs: C:\ProgramData\Razer\Installer\Logs

Razer Central logs: C:\ProgramData\Razer\Razer Central\Logs
*Note: You are recommended to set the permissions to only accessible for users with the URL to protect your own data.

Upload your logs to the cloud service (for example Dropbox, One Drive, or Google Drive).

Provide us with the log link in your private message. Ensure you give access permission when you share the file link.
