Why is Razer Synapse unable to connect to the internet?

This article shows why Razer Synapse may be unable to connect to the internet.

Razer domain may be blocked by the firewall. Contact your IT admin and request to allow the following HTTPS:

  • HTTPS to and from domain *.razer.com
    More specifically, we use ec.razer.com and *.cloudfront.net
  • HTTP and HTTPS to and from domains apps.razer.com, *.amazonaws.com

Note: The *signifies it is a wildcard DNS.
