  • Avoid running multiple apps in the background for extended periods.

  • Restart the Bluetooth connection if Bluetooth calls get out of sync.

For Android

  • Use mobile phones with OS already tested for compatibility.

  • Keep the Razer Nabu X Utility application running in the background.

  • Restart the Bluetooth connection if Bluetooth calls get out of sync.

  • Restart the phone or the phone’s Bluetooth when BLE connections are erroneous on the OS itself.

  • Android 4.4 and its variants have cases whereby restarting the Bluetooth would cause further errors. To rectify it, do these steps:

    1. Clear Cache and Storage in the Bluetooth Share.

    2. Restart the phone.
