Razer Nari/Nari Ultimate Dongle Recovery Tool Guide
There are times when you lose the pairing or connection between your Razer Nari or Razer Nari Ultimate headset to your system. Below are the steps to install the Nari Dongle Recovery Tool:
Note: Make sure that you have already downloaded the latest version through the link above before proceeding.

Run the “NariDongleRecoveryTool_vX.XX.XX.exe” which is located in the “Downloads” folder of your computer.
Note: Downloaded file location may vary, depending on which folder you selected prior to the download.

Follow the instructions on the “REMINDER” section and Click “NEXT”.

Plug in your Razer Nari or Nari Ultimate dongle to your computer and click “RECOVER”.

Wait until the progress bar reaches 100%.

Click “CLOSE” once the recovery process is complete.
