How to add or remove Bluetooth devices and Wi-Fi on a Razer Blade

This article explains how to add or remove Bluetooth devices and manage Wi-Fi settings on your Razer Blade.

Razer Blade laptops connect to Bluetooth devices and Wi-Fi networks through Windows 11 settings. Bluetooth must be turned on before pairing, and an internet connection is required for Windows updates, driver downloads, and online services.

Follow the detailed instructions below to add or remove a Bluetooth device or Wi-Fi connection on your Razer Blade laptop.

Select an action

Connect a Bluetooth device

  1. Put the Bluetooth device in pairing mode. Refer to the device documentation for the pairing method.

  2. On your Razer Blade laptop, right-click "Start" and select "Settings".

  3. Go to "Bluetooth & devices".

  4. Turn on the "Bluetooth" toggle.

  5. Click "Add device", then select "Bluetooth".

  6. Select the device name from the list.

  7. If a PIN appears, confirm that it matches the PIN on the device, then click "Connect".

  8. Click "Done" when the device shows as connected.

Note: Some devices, such as Bluetooth speakers and headsets, do not use a PIN and connect right away.

Remove a Bluetooth device

  1. Right-click "Start" and select "Settings".

  2. Go to "Bluetooth & devices" then "Devices".

  3. Find the device in the list and click the "More options" icon next to it.

  4. Select "Remove device".

  5. Click "Yes" to confirm.

Note: To stop all Bluetooth connections without removing any device, turn off the "Bluetooth" toggle in "Bluetooth & devices".

Connect to a Wi-Fi network

  1. Click the network icon in the system tray at the lower-right corner of the screen.

  2. Turn on Wi-Fi if it is off.

  3. Click the arrow next to the Wi-Fi button to show available networks.

  4. Select the network name, then click "Connect".

  5. Enter the network security key when prompted, then click "Next".

Note: Check "Connect automatically" before clicking "Connect" to join the network each time it is in range.

Disconnect from or forget a Wi-Fi network

Disconnect from a network

  1. Click the network icon in the system tray at the lower-right corner of the screen.

  2. Click the arrow next to the Wi-Fi button.

  3. Select the connected network, then click "Disconnect".

Forget a saved network

  1. Right-click "Start" and select "Settings".

  2. Go to "Network & internet" then "Wi-Fi".

  3. Select "Manage known networks".

  4. Click "Forget" next to the network you want to remove.

Note: A forgotten network requires the security key again at the next connection.
