  1. Look for the exact model of your Razer Blade at Razer Laptop Support. Consult your master guide for more information.

  2. Click “Software & Drivers” under the product photo.

  3. Download the Thunderbolt file available for your Razer Blade model.

  4. Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Thunderbolt Software.

  5. Right-click and select “Uninstall”.

  6. Restart the system then install the downloaded file.

  7. Plug in your eGPU.

If reinstalling the Thunderbolt driver does not work, perform a BIOS reset.

  1. Shut down your laptop.
