Razer Wolverine Ultimate does not output audio from the audio jack

This answer will show you how to fix an issue where the Razer Wolverine Ultimate does not output audio from the audio jack.

 

There is a firmware update for the Razer Wolverine Ultimate that addresses this issue and the following:

  • Resolves the audio issue where it does not activate the audio on the 3.5 mm jack when activating the console using the controller
  • Resolves the issue with the Razer Synapse app converting customized profile to onboard profile causing “motor parameter error”

Below are the steps to update the firmware:

  1. Download the firmware updater.
  2. Plug the controller into a PC while holding the “D-pad UP” and “A” buttons.
  3. Run the updater.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
