Important: Ensure that you have installed all the latest Microsoft® Windows Operating Systems and Security Updates.
Step-by-step process:

Make sure the ethernet cable is plugged in securely.

Connect the ethernet cable to another computer to check if the issue is within the Razer Blade itself.
- If the other computer has no internet connection:

Restart the modem/router.

Check the network cable is faulty.

If the issue persists and you still have no internet, contact your network service provider.

If the other computer has an Internet connection, proceed to the next step.
- If the other computer has no internet connection:
-
Left-click "Start" and search "Network Connections".

Select the “Network Troubleshooter” to have Windows attempt to automatically resolve the issue.

If the issue persists, click “Change Adapter Options”.

Select the network you are attempting to connect to right-click it and select “Properties”.

Locate and select “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)”.

Make sure both IP and DNS addresses are obtained automatically.

Click “OK”.

Restart the Razer Blade.
