Right-click the “Network” icon on the system tray.

Select “Troubleshoot problems”.

Follow the troubleshooting steps provided by the “Windows Network Diagnostics”.
Perform the following steps if the issue persists:

Turn off any third-party antivirus or firewall temporarily on your Razer Blade.

Ensure the ethernet cable is not broken.
-
Ensure the ethernet cable is securely connected to the Razer Blade and the router.

Plug the ethernet cable into different ports of the router.
-
Connect another device to the router to test.

Ensure the ethernet adapter is installed and enabled on your Razer Blade.

Perform a system recovery or factory reset on your Razer Blade.
