One of the possible causes of this issue is the USB selective suspend setting on your Razer Blade. The USB selective suspend setting enables the hub driver to temporarily stop the operation of a specific port in the hub without affecting the performance of the other ports or the operation of the whole system. This feature allows the laptop to save battery and extends the operation of your device.
There are several ways to resolve this issue. One of them is to disable the USB selective suspend setting on your Razer Blade laptop.
- Go to the "Control Panel" > “Hardware and Sound.”

- Click “Power Options".

- Click “Change plan settings".

- Click “Change advanced power settings".

- Click the “+” icon on USB settings.

- Click the “+” icon on the USB selective suspend setting.

- Click the drop-down arrow and choose “Disabled” on either “On battery” or “Plugged in,” or both, depending on your plan settings.

- Click “Apply,” then click “OK.”

- Restart your Razer Blade while the Razer Core is plugged into it then check the connection.
