How to power on/off the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless
- Place the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid.
- Wait for at least three seconds and open the charging case lid to power up the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless earbuds. The earbuds will now be in Bluetooth pairing mode.
If the earbuds were idle for five minutes outside the charging case and have automatically shut off to conserve battery:
- Press and hold the touch panel on each earbud for two seconds to power them on again.
- If this does not work, place both earbuds back into the charging case and wait for at least five seconds
- Open the charging case and the earbuds should be on.
To power off your Razer HammerHead True Wireless, place the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid.
How to pair the Razer HammerHead True Wireless to a Bluetooth device
- Place the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid. Keep it within one meter of your device.
- Open the charging case lid without taking out the earbuds and ensure that there is enough battery power by checking the LED indicator on the charging case. The Razer Hammerhead True Wireless should go into Bluetooth pairing mode.
- Open Bluetooth settings on your device to turn on Bluetooth.
- Scan and connect to Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Earbuds.
- You will hear an audible cue “Bluetooth Connected” from the earbuds once they have successfully connected to your device.
Note: Once the earbuds have been paired to a device, they will automatically try to connect to the last paired device every time the charging case’s lid is opened, or when the earbuds are powered on.
How to switch between different devices that are paired with the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless
- If you have your Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro paired to your smartphone as well as your laptop, the audio will only play from one source at a time, depending on which source is currently connected.
- If you are connected to your smartphone, then the audio from the smartphone will be playing on the earbuds.
- If you want to switch to hearing audio from your laptop, you’ll have to navigate into your smartphone’s Bluetooth setting to disconnect from it first, then connect to your laptop by navigating to your laptop’s Bluetooth settings.
How to charge the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless earbuds
Follow the steps below to charge your Razer Hammerhead True Wireless earbuds.
- Place the earbuds in the charging case and close the lid. Assuming the charging case has battery left, it will be charging up the earbuds.
- Connect the charging case to a USB port using the included USB-C charging cable to a power source. This will charge both the earbuds and charging case.

How to activate low latency Gaming Mode on the Razer HammerHead True Wireless
- Triple tap and hold the last tap for 2 seconds on either earbud.
- Listen for audible cue “Gaming Mode” to confirm that it has been activated.
- Do the same gesture to return to Normal Mode.
- Listen for the audible cue “Normal Mode” to confirm.
You can also toggle Gaming Mode to on or off in the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless app. If audio drops or skips, we recommend keeping your earbuds within a very close distance of the audio source when in Gaming Mode (within 2 ft / 60 cm) and switching back to Normal Mode when not gaming.
How to control the Razer HammerHead True wireless while listening to music

Play/Pause the track
Tap and hold for half a second to play or pause the music.
Skip to the next track
By default, double tap the touch panel on either earbud to skip to the next track when listening to music. You can change this gesture in the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless app.
Return to the previous track
By default, triple tap the touch panel on either earbud to return to the previous track when listening to music. You can change this gesture in the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless app.
