How do I mount the Razer Kiyo on a tripod?
Set up the Razer Kiyo as shown in the image below. Ensure the Razer decal on the device is upright when pointing at the object that you want to capture.

How do I manually set the focus on the Razer Kiyo?
- Open Synapse 4.
- Navigate to the camera settings and disable Auto Focus.
- Adjust the slider to your desired focus distance.
How do I save my settings after restarting my computer or unplugging the Razer Kiyo?
Disable camera preview in Razer Synapse before restarting the PC or unplugging the Razer Kiyo to allow the camera to save your advanced settings.
How do I change the capture resolution on the Razer Kiyo?
- Open Synapse 4.
- Navigate to the camera settings and select the desired resolution.
How do I use the Privacy Shutter?
Turn the camera rim clockwise to open the shutter and turn it counter-clockwise to close it.
How to ensure my device is detected when connected to a non-powered USB hub?
Connect your device directly to the system's USB-C port to ensure full functionality.
How do I enable 4K 30 FPS option in my camera setting?
4K 30 FPS requires high bandwidth to transmit the data, hence use the original cable that comes with the camera and plug it in directly to your system port and refrain from connecting through a hub.
How do I redeem a Camo License Code?
- Connect the Kiyo V2 to your system.
- Launch Synapse 4 and select Kiyo V2.
- Press the “help” button at the top right of the screen.

- Press activate under CAMO STUDIO PRO LICENSE CODE.

- Follow the instructions on the webpage and register the license code to your camo account.
Note: Alternatively, you can create a Camo account and manually enter your license code in the Camo app.
