This is a guide showing the latest version of the Razer Clio Firmware update and how to install it successfully.

STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS

Before you start

  1. If using a laptop, ensure it is plugged into a wall outlet. Do not let it run on battery alone.

  2. Save any open documents on your computer.

  3. Close all other programs.

  4. Download the latest firmware.

Update Process

Note: Ensure your device is on dongle mode before updating the firmware.

 

  1. Run the updater.

  2. Click "Yes" if the User Account Control window pops up to proceed.

  3. Click "NEXT" to proceed. The updater will close all running Razer applications.

  4. Connect the Razer HyperSpeed Wireless dongle to any of the USB Type-C ports on your computer.

  5. Press the power button on the device.

  6. Connect the speaker to your computer using a USB cable.

  7. Click "UPDATE".

  8. Wait until the update process is complete. Do not interrupt.
