Important: Ensure that the cable running from your monitor to your computer is tightly connected. Loose cables are most often the reason behind this error.
If there is still no image being displayed and everything is connected properly:
- Disconnect the Razer Raptor's display and power cables.
- Reconnect the cables to reset the connection.
If the issue persists, perform the following:

Isolate the issue.

Use the Raptor with another computer system and another functioning display cable.

If the Raptor displays an image, then the issue is possibly be with the display cable or the graphics card of your system.

If you are using the Raptor as an external monitor for your laptop, make sure that your laptop's multiple display setting is not set to "PC screen only". To check:

Press Windows Key + P.

Select "Duplicate", "Extend", or "Second screen only".

If the Raptor continues to exhibit the same behavior, contact Customer Support.

If you are using a desktop computer, the issue is possibly with your graphics card.

Remove the graphics card from your system.

Plug the Raptor to the included display ports of your motherboard to use integrated graphics.
Note: If you do not have technical experience with assembling a computer system, consult a qualified technician.
