With Razer Synapse 4

  1. Open Razer Synapse 4.
  2. Click the “Help” icon on the top-right corner of the Razer Synapse window.

  3. Click “RESET” on the “FACTORY RESET” page.

Without Razer Synapse 4

  1. Turn off the keyboard.
  2. Press and hold Left Ctrl + Esc.
  3. Turn the keyboard back on and test the connection.
