This answer will show you how to resolve internet or wifi issues on a Razer Blade system while connected to a LAN network.

Use Windows Network Diagnostics

  1. Update your operating system to the latest version.
  2. Right-click on the network options at the bottom-right corner of your Desktop.

  3. Select “Troubleshoot problems”.

  4. Follow the onscreen instructions to resolve the issue.

Scan your Razer Blade

  1. Restart your Razer Blade.
  2. Run a complete computer scan. Some malwares can cause internet disconnections.
  3. Check if your device is properly connected and has no physical damage.

Reinstall your LAN Adapter

  1. Go to Device Manager.
  2. Expand "Network Adapters".
  3. Right-click on "Killer E2400 Gigabit Ethernet" and select "Uninstall".
  4. Under “Device Manager”, select “Action” and click “Scan for hardware changes". The laptop will detect your LAN adapter and automatically install it.
  5. Restart your device.

Reinstall your Modem

  1. Connect a different device to the same network and check if it's experiencing the same issue.
  2. Turn off your modem, wait for 10 seconds and turn it back on.
  3. Right-click on "Killer E2400 Gigabit Ethernet" and select "Uninstall".
  4. If the issue persists, contact your internet service provider.
  5. Restart your device.
