This is a guide showing the latest version of the Razer Hammerhead V3 EID utility and steps to use it successfully.

Step-by-step Process

  1. If using a laptop, ensure it is plugged into a wall outlet. Do not let it run on battery alone.
  2. Save all files and close all programs.
  3. Download the latest utility.

  1. Run the EID utility.
  2. Click "Yes" if the User Account Control window pops up to proceed.
  3. Click "NEXT" to proceed. The utility will close all running Razer applications.
  4. Connect the wired earbuds to the USB Type-C audio adapter.
  5. Plug in the USB Type-C audio adapter to PC.
  6. Click "NEXT" and follow the on-screen instructions.
