Step-by-step Process

  1. If using a laptop, ensure it is plugged into a wall outlet. Do not let it run on battery alone.

  2. Save all files and close all programs.

  3. Download the latest firmware.

  1. Run the updater.

  2. Click "Yes" if the User Account Control window pops up to proceed.

  3. Click "NEXT" to proceed. The updater will close all running Razer applications.

  4. Plug in the wireless dongle into your PC then click "UPDATE".

  5. Wait until the update process is complete. Do not interrupt.

  6. Click "NEXT".

  7. Place both earbuds into the charging case and close the lid firmly.

    Note: Do not place the wireless dongle in the charging case.

  8. Connect the charging case to your PC using the included USB cable.

  9. Click "UPDATE".

  10. Wait until the update process is complete. Do not interrupt.

  11. Click "CLOSE" once the update is complete.
