Your Windows Hello PIN may stop working after changing the GPU mode on your Razer laptop.

Windows Hello links your PIN to your device's hardware security settings. Switching GPU modes changes this configuration, causing Windows to invalidate the saved PIN.

Follow the instructions below to resolve the Windows Hello PIN login issue.

Sign in with your password

  1. On the Windows sign-in screen, choose "Sign-in options".
  2. Choose “Password”.
  3. Sign in with your Windows account password.

Remove your current PIN

After you sign in using your password:
