  • Each Razer Silver earned and recorded in one's wallet will have 12-months validity period.  
  • Monthly Razer Gold and Silver account summary statements will only be emailed to users who have created/upgraded Razer Gold account. Create/upgrade your account here.
  • Each account can only hold a maximum of 300,000 Razer Silver. No further Silver can be earned or added into your wallet thereafter.
  • Gifting, exchanging or transferring of Razer Silver to other accounts is not permitted. Razer Silver cannot be refunded once expired or deducted after a reward redemption has been conducted. Find out ways to earn Razer Silver here.
  • Razer Silver non-exchangeable for cash. Any amount of Silver once expired, will be deducted automatically from one's wallet. No request for expiration period extension will be entertained. 
  • No reservations are allowed for Razer Silver rewards. Silver rewards are in the form of digital voucher codes, and are on a while stocks last, first-come-first-serve basis. 
  • Silver Rewards Voucher Codes stock indicator level does not equate to stock availability on RazerStore.com. It is recommended that you check for product(s) stock availability on RazerStore.com based on your ship-to location, before redeeming any Silver Rewards Voucher.  
  • Razer Silver reward vouchers are only available for use on RazerStore.com, based on selected product and location.
  • Any RazerStore.com vouchers exchanged or redeemed using Razer Silver must be utilised within 30 days of voucher receipt date, or shall be automatically made void thereafter.
  • Razer reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Silver transactions which are found to be fraudulent or abusing the promotion.
