If you experience low or no sound from the microphone when using the Razer Opus, this could be because the microphone diaphragm is pointed the wrong way. If worn properly, the microphone should be pointing forward.
Follow the checklist below to avoid this issue:
- Make sure the headset is worn the right way — right earcup on the right ear and left earcup on the left, as indicated on its label at the inner side of the headset — and then try again.

If using the headset with a PC, make sure the PC mic setting is not muted and the volume is not too low.

If using the headset with a mobile phone, make sure the mic is not muted from the phone.

If using the headset with the 3.5 mm connection, make sure the cable is plugged securely all the way in.
