- Manekineko Gift Card (SG) are only applicable to redeem for users residing in Singapore. No refunds will be issued for redemptions originating outside these countries.
- Each user can redeem Manekineko Gift Card (SG) only once per account using Razer Silver.
- Availability of vouchers are valid on a first-come-first-serve, while stocks last basis.
- The voucher shall be sent to your registered email address, provided a successful redemption has been made using your Razer Silver.
- Vouchers must be utilised by the expiry date stated on your transaction receipt. Any request to reinstate expired vouchers will not be entertained.
- Manekineko Gift Card (SG) can only be utilised at Manekineko outlets in Singapore. Please check the outlet locations here.
- All redemptions are final. Vouchers obtained are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for Silver, cash, other rewards, store credit or other services.
- Manekineko Gift Card (SG) cannot be resold by any unauthorized vendors. The act of such unauthorized resale will be void and shall be made grounds for transaction cancellation, disqualification, and/or account ban.
- Razer reserve the right to cancel redemptions, orders, deactivate vouchers or suspend accounts if abusive (inclusive but not limited to: reselling, exploitation of glitches, multiple account creation and spamming) or fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Razer and Manekineko reserves the right to withdraw, terminate or amend the terms of this promotion at any time, at its sole discretion without prior notice.
- Razer will not be liable for any refunds, replacement or replenishment of any lost or stolen vouchers.
