  • CrossFire crates, Razer Chroma™ weapons, and In-Game items shall be awarded only when the above-mentioned minimum spend tier per checkout cart on CrossFire has been fulfilled, by users who made payment using Razer Gold ("Pay with Razer").
  • Razer will not be responsible for any lost or missing in-game items in CrossFire.
  • CrossFire will be responsible for the disbursement of Bonus In-Game items to the user's CrossFire account after these items have been successfully purchased using Razer Gold. 
  • All purchased CrossFire Crates and In-Game items issued are non-refundable, non-replaceable, non-transferable, and cannot be encashed in any form.
