  • Non-winners will be awarded with a US$1 Bonus Razer Gold voucher, once per user only, within 14 working days after the campaign ends.
  • By participating in Redeem & Win, you will consent to Razer revealing your name as a winner in our promotion page announcement. 
  • This Redeem & Win (Lifestyle Edition) campaign is applicable for users residing in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, United States of America, Canada and Europe from August 31 to September 28, 2020. Please view the full list of regions eligible for Razer products distribution and shipment.
  • Participants are required be at a legal minimum age of 18 years old, to participate and win in all Razer Silver events, including Redeem & Win 2020.
  • Users are required to have a valid Razer Gold account and fully completed their Razer ID profile, to participate in this campaign.
  • Users who have participated with incomplete RazerID profiles are not entitled to winning or receiving consolation prizes. 
  • Each participation ticket for Redeem & Win is worth 1,000 Razer Silver.
  • There are no limitations or restrictions on the number of times a user can participate or redeem.
  • Confirmation receipt of each Redeem & Win participation, redeemed by you will be sent to your registered email address, upon successful transaction with Razer Silver.
  • The winner will be drawn randomly after the promotion ends, in the presence of a reviewer, after September 28, 2020. \n
  • The selected winner may be eligible for possible local custom taxes and/or permits upon receiving physical prize items. Razer will not be responsible for the above after the physical prizes have been shipped successfully.
  • Shipping delays may likely to be expected due to the Covid-19 situation.
  • Non-winners will be emailed 1 consolation voucher after September 28, 2020, within 14 working days: a US$1 Bonus Razer Gold voucher (award once per user only, regardless no. of participation per user).
  • The Redeem & Win prizes cannot be combined or exchanged with any reward redemption, cash, store credit, Razer Gold or other credits and services.
  • All Redeem & Win participation/redemption are final. Razer Silver redeemed for this Redeem & Win draw are non-exchangeable and non-refundable for cash, store credit, Razer Gold, Razer Silver reward or any other services.
  • Razer will not be responsible for any loss of Razer Silver and/or prizes, once redeemed successfully and awarded to region destination.
