  • All Neverwinter Gelatinous Cube Companion keys are strictly for PC version and are NOT applicable for the console versions.
  • All Neverwinter Gelatinous Cube Companion keys are ONLY applicable for redemption via the Arc Games Launcher.
  • Neverwinter Gelatinous Cube Companion keys are NOT applicable to redeem for users residing in Armenia, Belarus, China, Cuba, Egypt, Hong Kong SAR, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Macau, Moldova, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Tajikistan, Taiwan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Vietnam. No refunds will be issued for redemptions originating from these regions.
  • Each Neverwinter Gelatinous Cube Companion key is one-time use only and can only be redeemed once per user account.
  • To redeem your Neverwinter Gelatinous Cube Companion key, you must have an existing Arc Games account and an existing character in Neverwinter.
  • Availability of keys shall only be valid on a first-come-first-serve, while stocks last basis.
  • The key will be sent to your registered email address, once a successful redemption is made using your Razer Silver.
  • All redemptions are final. Keys obtained are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for Silver, cash, other rewards, store credit or other services.
  • Keys must be utilised by the expiry date stated on your transaction receipt. Any request to reinstate expired vouchers will not be entertained.
  • Razer and Arc Games reserve the right to cancel redemptions, orders, deactivate keys or suspend accounts if abusive (inclusive but not limited to: reselling, exploitation of glitches, multiple account creation and spamming) or fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • Razer reserves the right to withdraw, terminate or amend the terms of this promotion at any time, at its sole discretion without prior notice.
  • Razer will not be liable for any refunds, replacement or replenishment of any lost or stolen keys.
