Firmware v1.03.00_r1

This updater applies only to the following SKUs: US [FRML and NASA], FRANCE, NORDIC, UK, GERMAN, RUSSIAN only, which were shipped already. All other SKUs will come with this firmware version.

Preparations

  1. Make sure the laptop is plugged into a wall outlet and not just running on battery before proceeding.

  3. Download the latest firmware updater.

  4. Once the file is ready, follow the installation steps below.

Step-by-step Process

  1. Run the downloaded firmware then click "NEXT" to proceed.

    Note: Clicking “NEXT” will shut down all running Razer applications.
