My Razer device does not work at startup

This article provides the troubleshooting steps for Razer devices that are not working after start up.

Note: Ensure USB ports are not in hibernation mode.

  1. Press "Windows key" + "S" on your keyboard to open the Search bar.

  2. Type in "Device Manager" and hit enter.

  3. Click the ">" sign next to "Universal Serial Bus controllers".

  4. Right-click on any "USB Root Hub" and select Properties.

  5. Click the Power Management tab and ensure “Allow computer to turn off this device to save power” is checked.
    Note: Do this under each Root Hub.

  6. Go to "Control Panel" > "Hardware & Sound".

  7. Select "Change what the power buttons do" under "Power Options".

  8. Ensure "Hibernate" is unchecked.
